The teacher I am observing uses the behaviorism the most in her classroom. She has a system of routines in her classroom. They have a certain time of when the students focus on one subject. It is very evident that she sticks to her routine she has set up for her students. I could tell that the students really respected her and listened to what she said. All of her student were engaged and observant about what was going on in the classroom. She very rarely gave negative feedback to the kids. The feedback she gave was always positive and rewarding to students who were doing what she instructed. She listened carefully to what the students had to say and always paused throughout the lesson for the students to stay engaged and keep their attention.

It will show me what it truly means to be a tea...
